Job description

You will be part of the regional sales team accountable for overseeing and driving sales operations of UX services within SEA. You will be accountable for distribution management and key account with the objective to achieve personal and company objectives and targets. You will report to the General Manager monthly and also on market and competitors’ activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Focal Point of contact for all our customers in the South-East-Asia Region
Responsible for developing new customers and for market penetration in terms of Sales & Distribution channels
Maintain sales network, selling User Experience projects and services.
Manage agents and local partner relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
Provide consultative solutions for issues faced by the agents or partners
Conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations
Provide account management to an existing territory
Meeting countries’ sales targets, sales reports, completion and updating our Opportunity Management
Representing the Company as required at events, exhibitions and customer visits
Participate in international sales events and exhibitions

Requirements

Motivated to work in a combined area with technical and commercial aspects
5-10 years’ experience in UX
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English is essential, good Mandarin language skills would be a plus

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or related field of study
