effective ways to lose weight
I have always been overweight since I was young. Tried many different ways to lose weight like doing exercise or even change my diet but it still doesn't work. I am always have difficulties on finding clothes that fit me, so i am always envy of people who are able to dress up themselves with nice clothing. Is there any effective ways on losing weight so that I can be more confident about myself?
I also don't want to go for those commercialised slimming solution, like london weight and dorra slim.
Is there any effective weight loss solution recommended for me?

Omg thank you for the information, I will read up the links that you provided. Yeah!! i would not want to go for those commercialized weight loss retail, they always ask me to sign up package which the result does not even really work. I have a bad experience with them.
